Personal information is collected for the purpose of analyzing your responses to the Recreation - What's Keeping You Awake at Night Survey and providing you a summary of the results. While the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act does not apply to either Innovate Planning & Co or The W Group, if it had we would have a complete FOIPPA statement here. In the absence of that, let us assure you that the information you provide in this survey will be summarized with that collected from other participants and that no individual participating in the survey will be identified in any way. Aka It's anonymous. 
A word about your contact information and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): Your contact information was sourced from either Innovate Planning or The W Group's client and contacts listings. We take steps to ensure that contact information only contains email addresses or telephone numbers related to the contacts' role and therefore not restricted by CASL.
