Making Room for More Homes Survey
The City is proposing several changes to the zoning bylaw to make it easier to add small-scale, multi-unit housing (SSMUH) - such as secondary suites, coach houses, and garden suites - in response to new direction from the Province. Delta has proposed a more moderate approach than the standards set by the Province and would like to hear feedback from the community on what is recommended. The City has prepared a summary and Q&A document summarizing what is proposed. Once you have reviewed the materials, please take a few minutes to share your views on what is being considered. 
We want to hear from you! The City is promoting this survey in multiple ways to hear from as many Delta residents as possible. You may see it in a City eNewsletter or on social media, but please complete it only once.
